International Conference on Learning and Advanced Education (ICOLAE) 2024

Introduction

In today’s fast-paced, hyper-connected world, student well-being is a growing concern for educators. We’re responsible not just for quality education but also the holistic well-being of our students. This includes physical, mental, emotional, and social aspects, impacted by factors within and beyond the educational setting.

Technology’s role in education is transformative but needs a balance. Excessive screen time, cyberbullying, and social media pressures can harm students. We should encourage responsible tech use, digital literacy, and face-to-face interactions.

The 7th ICOLAE, themed “Innovative Pedagogies and Technology Integration for Diverse Educational Setting“, aims to explore students’ well-being and technology’s impact on education. It equips educators with knowledge to create positive learning environments. Key topics include technology’s effects on mental health, social interactions, and academics, along with strategies for digital literacy and responsible tech use.

Our expert panel, including educators, psychologists, and tech specialists, will share insights, research, and best practices. Interactive sessions will encourage collaboration. By the conference’s end, educators will have practical strategies to use technology that promotes well-being, academic growth, and digital readiness in students.
